I recently had the pleasure of going on a bus ride with about 25 fabulous ladies!  This event happens once a year, about 15 family owned wineries open their doors every weekend in the month March.  You get to tour the wineries, sample wines, and meet the wine makers,  If you haven’t had the pleasure be sure to check it out next year:  http://www.uncorkyork.com/index.asp.

We visited 5 different wineries on our voyage and had a blast…

We took a group photo at Moon Dancer Winery and I made a fun Rendi piece out… This piece is great because we will be able to switch out the photos every year! :)

02.15 design of the day

Do you enjoy all those quirky little photos with a great quote you see popping up on Facebook?!  I DO!!!  What do I love even more?!  Taking a Rendi clip frame piece and turning it into a dose of inspiration everyday.  I have started taking all those quirky little things and saving them to snapfish album (please feel free to stalk and steal my collection).  So my master plan is to keep updating the album on snapfish as I find new loves and then printing them for my inspirational frame I have sitting on my desk.  Another great idea?  Thirty-One Executive Director Patti Wentz writes her team each month.  What about gifting the frame and then each month including a new photo quote with your hand written note? GENIUS!!

Saint Valentine’s Day, commonly shortened to Valentine’s Day,is an annual commemoration held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions.  Modern Valentine’s Day symbols include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid.

design of the day 01.16.2012 – leadership retreat day 1

Just returned from an unforgettable weekend in Colorado with the amazing leaders of Rendi.  I will fill you in a little each day but wanted to start with the first night.

We spent that first night having dinner at Annie and Mark Danielson’s (the founders of Rendi) home.  It was an incredible first night around the dinner table.  There wasn’t a quiet moment as we began to create relationships that will be sure to last a lifetime.

What was even more amazing than the conversation and laughter around the table were the moments when we were able to enjoy Annie and Mark’s journey and vision with Rendi.  They have a powerful partnership and a dream!  A dream to help empower women and they are using that amazing partnership to ensure that dream not only comes true… but EXPLODES!

Welcome to Trinidad
